Since it's been so cold, all I havewanted to do lately is snuggle up at home and stuff myself with carbs. This is definitely not the way to be healthier.
So I've decided to use this picture as some motivation to get moving for the rest of the week. Lucky for me, it's supposed to warm up in Chicago over the next few days so it will be a bit easier to get outside and to the gym.
How do you stay motivated to work out and be healthy when it's the weather outside is less than inviting?
